Late & Cancellation Policy We kindly request that you provide at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients waiting for an appointment.

Late Cancellation and No-Show: Cancellations with less than 24h notice and no-show (failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice) will results in a charge of the full session fee.

My decision to pursue a career as a therapist stems from my own life experiences, as well as those of people I care about. I have observed individuals struggling with various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, questions of sexuality, life changes, identity concerns, family integration, separation, and low self-worth. Too often, they avoid seeking professional guidance due to inaccessibility, unease, limited resources, and insufficient support networks. Having personally navigated the need for assistance without finding readily available, relatable support, I empathize with the difficulty of reaching out. Therefore, I have made it my personal commitment to transform the perception of therapy, fostering a more inclusive and encouraging environment. When I am not in the therapist role, I am often reading, enjoying time with family, friends, baking, and cooking traditional cuisines. I have direct clinical experience in counselling individuals, families, and couples with various presenting concerns and hopes. Some approaches I offer include CBT, DBT, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Trauma Informed, Culturally Sensitive, Motivational Interviewing, Humanistic, and Person-Centered, Mindfulness Based, and Strength Based approach.
